We also provide document printing, FedEx/UPS drop-offs, and scanbacks if needed.

Yes, as long as the notarization takes place within the state where the notary is commissioned, the documents can be used for out-of-state transactions.

While we do not typically provide witnesses, we can arrange for witnesses to be present if needed for an additional fee. Please notify us in advance if witnesses are required.
